Spinning Babies daily Exercises

 

For a full range of motion, longer more capable muscles, and flexibility!

Balancing activities for pregnancy self care. 

 

Be moderate and mindful. Regular, but gentle use may ease pain and feeling poorly from things like constipation or low energy.

 

Start at 20 weeks or as soon as you know to do so.
